How we work
Corporate culture
Our open corporate culture is characterised by flat hierarchies and continuous communication at eye level. Respectful interaction and fun at work are just as important to us as new, varied and exciting challenges that we master together every day. With us, you can put your ideas into practice and your opinion is important to us! In regular feedback meetings we take a look at the current work situation, discuss development opportunities and jointly define goals for the future.
Training and further education
Through a variety of training opportunities, both internal and external, you will always stay up to date and have the chance to develop professionally and personally. We are particularly proud of our SEO Traineeship, which we launched in 2010. University graduates, mostly without prior SEO experience, are trained as SEO experts within 15 months.
Work-life balance
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and sitting in the office every day was yesterday — we offer you flexible working hours and the possibility to work from your home office. You still have your workplace in our office in Hamburg's Hafencity, but you can also work on the move and freely arrange your working hours. In addition, we make it easier for you to get to work by subsidising your HVV ticket.
Team spirit
We are more than “just” colleagues, we see ourselves as a team. This is also reflected in our regular after-work events, which provide the best entertainment after work — whether at a barbecue, on the Hamburg DOM or with relaxed after-work drinks.

SEO Consulting
Our SEO consultants analyse the websites of our clients, develop concrete measures and implement them together with their colleagues.
Creation
The Creation department combines content marketing with user experience and online editing. It develops user-centred strategies and high-quality content to draw attention to the products or services of our customers.
SEA Consulting
SEA: Together with our clients, we develop KPI-based marketing concepts to increase traffic and generate leads and sales.
Distribution
Distribution: How can content be processed? The answer is: with a well thought-out distribution strategy. Appropriate concepts are developed and then implemented. One focus is on building high-quality backlinks.
HR & Office Management
Office Management and HR take care of personnel matters, internal communication and organisation as well as office management processes.
IT & web analytics
Our IT takes care of the support and implementation of website (re)launches, sets up tracking concepts and monitoring dashboards and is a competent contact for technical SEO and web analytics.
